1. Drink at least five to six liters of water everyday
2. Drink water half an hour before and two hours after the meals
3. Eat according to your day-to-day appetite, but fill only 3/4th of your stomach
4. Do not eat if sick, pain, in a tense state or injury
5. Food taken in diseases feeding the disease, not to patient
6. Good health depends on well-balanced diet and a optimistic attitude towards life
7. Avoid MOSS (Masala, Oil, Salt & Sugar)
8. Stay away from tea, coffee, jarda, drugs, tobacco and alcohol. These can stimulate you for a short time, ultimately caused depression.

Treatment
- Get rid of constipation by following the daily 8 steps given above
- Give up tea, coffee and drink vegetable juice. For breakfast, you can take sprouts.
- Start eating chapatti for lunch and dinner instead of rice.
- If you cannot give up salt at once, reduce it gradually in 10 days.From the tenth day onwards, try a salt free diet.
- If you give up salt completely, you will have a speedy recovery from sugar and you can gradually reduce medicines.
- Until you cure of sugar complaint, you should not drink fruit juice. You can eat fruits.
- However, avoid fruits, such as mango, apple, grapes, papaya, and banana.
- You can eat four, 5 other available fruits like oranges, sweet lime, grapefruit, apple & Rose Apple (Jamul/ Jamun) with pulp in the evening. Chew well before you swallow.
- Diabetes patients can take honey. There is more of Fructose sugar in honey than Glucose. Insulin is required to carry glucose from blood to the cells whereas the Pancreas gland for sugar patients cannot produce sufficient insulin. However, since honey has fructose that does not require insulin, it reaches the cells without the help of insulin.
